We do not offer refunds for any services. If you are not happy with your nails, please make sure your nail technician is aware of it before you pay. We will adjust to your satisfaction other than that there is NO REFUND will be given after you leave the salon.
We take pride in our skill and ability to keep you at peace. If the nail is breaking, chipping, lifting, and peeling are rare but may occur in any circumstances. This is why we offer a 4 days guarantee for coming back to get fixed. Please make sure to make an appointment with the nail technician that initially your service to waive any additional charge otherwise you will pay full price for your fixes.
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.
We also are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or gift certificates.
Our policy strictly prohibited unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them.
